I have scored 253 and my AIR is 342662 and Category Rank is 150309. Is there any chance to get admission in Tamilnadu

Hi Ali,
For the score of 253, getting into any Tamil Nadu Medical college either through All India Quota (AIQ) is quite an impossibility if you are from a different domicile. If you are from the state of Tamil Nadu, getting a seat in one of the private institutes through management quota is a possibility, though the chances are thin.
You can try for other streams like AYUSH, paramedical, etc.
