I have scored 280 marks in neet2019 ..I belong to BC muslim ...I am from tamil nadu ..will I get MBBS govt seat

Based on this score the chances are very less to get a seat in Government colleges for MBBS programme. It is very late to answer your query, I hope you have also checked the seat allotment.
