You will need to tell about the course you have appeared for in JAM for me to be able to give you an idea about whether or not you will be offered admission in IITs on your said score and rank. However just to give you an idea, previous year, much higher ranks than yours got admission in Physics, Chemistry and Maths courses in IITs under ST category, so for these courses, you definitely stand a chance provided you appeared for one of them.
