I'm sorry to say but your possibility of getting a seat in MBBS college with these marks is too low ,you won't get one .For securing a seat you need to score atleast 600+ marks .You can go for private medical colleges with these marks but as you know fees of private colleges are too high .
I'll say take a drop this year and prepare well again for next year..

With a score of 350, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years.
