First of all congrats for the marks.
I am sorry to inform you that if you have a domicile of bihar, you will only get admission in bihar. This is so because if one has to take admission through neet in a medical college one should have the domicile of that state and if you do not have the domicile of that state i guess you cannot take admission there.
Do not give up hope, you can go for private colleges in bihar or maybe some semi government colleges.
