Based upon the marks that you have scored and also on the basis of your category,you may get your seat alloted not in the second round but in the third or fourth round.Now there are many factors which influnce the admission,it depends on the fall in the cutoffs for second round,the vacancies available,etc.Also many candidates withdraw admission after they get better government colleges.
