I have scored 398 marks in NEET 2018(OBC).. so should I participate for Deemed councelling?I was willing for IGMS Patna. Should I choose it?

Based on this score NEET 2018 & previous year cutoff the chances are less to get a seat in IGMS Patna but you can apply for Deemed University, the chance is decent for it.
