Since you have not mentioned your category I will assume that you are general category.
As you know that the exam this year was easy and hence the merit was high it is difficult for you to get a government seat in bams at all India level .
If your state accept neet and does not conduct a seperate exam for Ayush courses like some states do , you can apply for that. You may get a seat at State level.
