Hi,
Counselling procedure for Neet 2019 has already begun. You can go for counselling and check if there is some chance for you. Whatever may be the changes we can know only by counselling now. Hope for the best.
As far as your marks are concerned, there is some chance. If not in a very good government college. But still in some fairly nice one. Go through the counseling and see what comes up.
