Dear

With this percentage you won't get admission in 5 years integrated law Programme .Either you improve your grades or do the LLB degree after graduation then do specialisation of cyber law in LLM programme.

Yes you can do your graduation and then do a law course in the same after graduation as it will be a 3 year course that is LLB.

Also focus on getting good percentage in your graduation.

You can even do a certification course in cyber law but that won't be much effective now but later.
