Yes, you can apply for NDA (II). UPSC has not prescribed any minimum percentage in HSC/Class 12. As per eligibility criteria, candidates applying for admission into the Army wing of National Defence Academy should be Class 12 pass. For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy admission, candidates must have passed class 12th with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
