I assume that you come from Madhya Pradesh from your biodata. If you have your 85% state quota of MP, you have a high vhance of getting almost all the government medical colleges in MP since the last year cutoff for all the colleges is below 450. This year the cutoff may increase by 15-20 marks, but that would not affect your chances.
