In All India Quota, OBC reservation is applicable only for institutions of central government.
But since you've got 85% state quota of Delhi, there are some changes you may get UCMS or Dr. BSA Medical College through it.
I repeat, Delhi state quota is not less than a gold mine.
Under 85% state quota, final round cutoff for OBC in Delhi was :
- 536 marks in 2017
- 508 marks in 2018
Though even after considering a high spike in cutoff this year as the paper was easy, you are still on a safer side.
