It is believed that cutoff of NEET UG would be higher this time as the merit is high.

But yes with score and category yes you may certainly get a seat in any of the government colleges under state quota.

With a score of 563 in EWS category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Although EWS is new this year and there are no exact ideas about it, by rough estimation, EWS is 10% of general category. Last year, a minimum score of 560 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, Dungarpur in general category under the state quota. So, 10% of it may go down to 550, by which you have a chance. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
