I have scored 567 marks in neet 2019 , my AIR is 17359 and Gen. Category rank is about 10300, can I get a college ,, if yes then which ??

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of medical college,you seems to have less chance of getting seat in government medical college.You may get seat through state quota but also getting seat in it seems less.You need rank under 10k for it.

This score is good. Obvipualy good enough to get government colleges. Mention the state you stay in because cutoff varies from state to state and state merit rank is what decides ur future. I'll talk about Mumbai. 567 marks surely takes you into the government colleges in Mumbai as last year the last government college (Rajiv Gandhi Medical College)  to take a student in for MBBS from general category was around 533 . So eventhough the cutoff Rises this year, you are mostly at paR.
