Assuming you belong to OBC category, you have a very high chance of getting into any of the three government Medical Colleges( your wish!) or dental colleges as the previous year cutoff for all these colleges have been below 500. The cutoff may increase by 10 or 15 marks, but given your mark as 583, you'll surely get a seat.
