Hello Manoj, Well, It would have been helpful had you mentioned your All India rank along with the marks here. You can easily get admission in government colleges like Govt. Medical College, Baroda, M. P. Shah Medical College, Jamnagar, Govt. Medical College, Surat, Govt. Medical College, Bhavnagar, and P. D. U. Medical College, Rajkot as they all have cutoff around 500-510 marks in 2010.
