I have scored 62% with pcm in 5 subs But I scored 93 percentile in jee mains. My improvement exam went badly can I still get college ?

Your percentage has not cleared the percentage barrier set. Wait for the improvement exam results, if it doesn't bring a change thus go for rechecking of your papers . Else there's no option, you cannot proceed further. Thus you have not qualified the JEE mains completely.
