I have scored 628 in neet 2019 with air 2936 and category rank 860 in obc category. Can i get a good government college in aiq or hryna sq?

You also, have an OBC reservation, which entitles you a few seats, reserved.
Hence, At this score, you can easily get into a good government college in IAQ and also in Haryana State Quota if you have a domicile of that state.
