Hi Ankit, you have a very good score in gate exam and can qualify for IIT or NIT or PSU. But I am sorry but I dont think you can secure a call from these because they have a minimum eligiblity criteria of atleast 6.5 cgpa in graduation and psu expect around 6.5-7 cgpa. You may try applying for any PSUs or IITs new ones, and if you have some luck you can get a call based on your gate scores. Even thoigh you get a call, you should be ready with a valid strong reason on why your scores became low. Lets hope for the best.
