I have scored 66.4% in pcb and eng... Soo i m eligible for neet 2019 or not ?

Dear Ishita, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, English marks are not considered for checking eligibility criteria in NEET. So you should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology to be eligible for NEET. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for SC, ST, OBC. So based on your category, if you have scored the minimum aggregate, then you are eligible for NEET.

Yes offcourse you are eligible for NEET. And as per the NEET 2019 eligibility criteria, a candidate is required to complete 17 years of age either at the time of admission or else on or before December 31, 2019. The candidates belonging to unreserved category must not be more than 25 years of age to fulfil the NEET eligibility criteria 2019. And the higher secondary with the Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English subjects must have 50% marks in the qualifying exam.

To be precise, yes, you are eligible for appearing for The neet exam.  Qualifying criteria is 50% aggregate in pcb which you have easily crossed.
