    Hi Aspirant,

    Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no getting H.B.T.U kanpur with this much percentile is very difficult as with this percentile you will be getting rank around 235290-264500 but the closing rank for E.W.S girl from U.P is around 50,000.
