According to your percentile, your rank would be around the 1 lakh mark.
You have to understand that the cutoff for all branches in Thapar University varies heavily for students FROM Punjab and for students OUTSIDE of Punjab.
In 2017, the closing rank for CSE for students of Punjab was 61324 after the 3rd round and for students outside of Punjab, it was 27614.
In 2018, the closing rank for CSE for students of Punjab was 86452 and for students outside of Punjab was 32471.
From this, you can see that Thapar only considers JEE rank for admission in mode 2 as well.
