At this rank it would be really difficult for you to get any MBBS seat. Even if you do, it wouldn't be worth it.
If a government college seat is what you were asking about, then at this point it's a no-brainer. The better option for you at this stage would be another attempt, keeping in mind your category advantage, a slight better attempt would do the job.
