i have scored up 84.67 percentile in jee mains 2021 (OBC ncl)..can i able to claim EEE or ECE branch in any NIT's?

As per your percentile you have a very low chances to get an seat in NITs or IIITs. As you mentioned that your home state is UP but as per the last year cutoff of NIT Allahabad you are not able to get a seat in Home state category. You may try in CSAB councelling. Still you have very low chances to get a seat in any NITs, even in Home state category it's impossible to get a seat in NIT Trichy.
