i have secured 147 marks in PCM. JEE 62 percentile. Am i eligible for engineering admission?

Hello,
With this percentile in jee mains and also so less marks in PCM , you cannot get a seat in any government colleges like NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Also with this marks you cannot get a seat in state run colleges. But you can go for some good private engineering colleges in India. Here's a list of them
