I have secured 149 mark I am SC Category there any chance for participation in all India councelling and got pvt.medical college for mbbs

Yes you have chances. Being a sc candidate ,the cutoff is 133-107 which you qualified. But qualifying is not all that is needed ,good score gives you a better college. So according to me you should go for the councelling and you may get pvt. Medical colleges as well.
