I have secured 244 in neet 2019. My AIR is 360593. My percentile is 74.323. Am I eligible for NEET counselling for 15% AIQ?

Yes, anyone who has qualified the exam shall sit for counseling .You did so you can surely go for counseling.

So,why the MCC site is showing "you are not permitted register for counselling"

Dear Yash, all the qualifying students are eligible for counseling .You should try once again maybe you might not have registered on the particular time when the portals we're open.
