Provided that you are from the ST category, with your score of NEET 2019, you havbe very tough chances to get a government medical college since the expected cut off is 390 in your category for HP. Don't lose hope as you can make it to the Pt.Jawaharlal Nehru Government Medical College in the 2nd/3rd counselling .Also, you have good chances for HP Government Dental College and the private colleges.
