Congratulations on scoring 360 in NEET.But with this score you can't get admission to Mysore Medical College, for this you should have scored atleast 400, There are some good Medical College in Karnataka in which you can try are:

Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur

Gadag Institute of Medical Sciences, Mallasamudra, Mulgund Road, Gadag
