I am sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to get any government College admissions in India. You may get admission through management quota. You are still one more chance left in the form of JEE mains April session. Prepare well and try to score as much as you can.

I am sorry but you will not even be able to qualify JEE Mains with this percentile. The expected cut off this year is 75-78 percentile. To qualify JEE Mains one needs to secure a rank in top 224000 students and with this percentile your rank will be around 5,80,000. I would suggest you to try for some good private colleges as it will be almost impossible for you to get any government college. All the best!
