Sorry to say but with 375 marks there are very less chances of you securing a seat in any of the government medical colleges even with the State quota, you may secure a seat in any private medical college but the fees will not be free but too high. I suggest you to prepare better again and reappear for NEET next year for getting any good college. Or you can even try for BDS or BPT courses in other colleges.

Usually 500 marks are considered sufficient for admission in government colleges through NEET and You are far off the marks
There are 34000 seats in government medical colleges through NEET and 3000 in BDS in government colleges through NEET
But 36000 seats are in private colleges for MBBS and around 5000 are in BDS In private colleges
With the marks you scored you will get a rank of about 97000 to 99000 so there are no chances tongetvadmissions a government medical college
But you still can get BDS In private college or can go get in through management quota
