Hello
Yes you are eligible for NEET 2020 on the basis of marks in class 12th but you have to check and confirm about other criteria such as age etc. Qualifying Marks for neet in 12th is UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
