I have secured 551 in neet 2019 from West Bengal under UR category. My rank is 24374. Can I expect a government seat?

If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in West Bengal through state quota .
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
