JEE Main exam is taken by candidates to join engineering course only. If you want to apply for course BCA then JEE is not needed as there is not such selection criteria kept. You can go to the insititute directly and take an admission.
And you have a good score then you can try for engineering also. Apply for counselling and give options for Private colleges in your domicile. You will get on for sure.
