I have secured 655 score in neet 2019 and my AIR is 788,adelhi resident,i did my schooling from UP. Will i be able to get delhi medcl colg?

Congratulations on your score! With a score of 655, you have a good chance of getting a government seat. However, you need to have a domicile certificate or mention on the form of being from Delhi to apply for Delhi colleges under the state quota. Normally too, you can get a seat under Delhi colleges but that would be under 15% all India quota.
