Hello Yasin
It has been analysed that out of 7060 concepts/definitions in physics, chemistry and biology in NEET, only 16% concepts/definitions were asked till 2017 paper and 73% paper of NEET UG 2018 was based on these 16% concepts/definitions.
You should focus on the important concepts to score good marks in the exam and get seat in any decent medical college.

Hii
For NEET Exam, 70% of the questions which are asked in the paper are asked from the syllabus of class 11th and 12th directly while the remaining 30% is although not asked out of syllabus but are some what tricky question and those who are not thorough with the topics of Physics, chemistry and biology class 11th and 12th feel like these 30% of questions are out of the syllabus or out of the way questions.
In simple terms, you can solve 70% of the paper using the NCERT and thorough preparations. And for rest 30% deep and detailed study, reference books are to be read.
