1-Language, 2-Physics, 3-Mathematics, 4-Any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject), 5-Any other subject

In JEE, your 12th marks are not considered. All you need to have is 75% overall. So you can enter all subject you have opted for.
