yes even you have submitted the marks sheet in time there will be some problems to allocate the rank with the regular students.
so it may take some time may be 1 or 2 weeks to mesure the total no of students and colleges intake of students.
by then you can finish the counselling and wait for rank card and then go to the collge you got and take admission.
