I am a cbse class 12th science student and i have passed in 5 subjects out of 6. But failed in maths.My aggigate comes out to be 66%.

Yes you should because for job opportunities many organisations will need candidates without any backlogs g or compartment in any exam. Any such compartment can be detrimental in your career and hence jts wise and recommended to clear subject to avoid discrepancies in future for further studies as well.
