I have uploaded jipmer photo without pluckcard.i contacted them through mail but i didnt get reply.what i must do now?.

You can try and call at their help line numbers and try mailing them once more to check the procedure.
But if the correction date has passed, they might not allow any corrections.
Usually they won't cancel your application for the photo, but just to be sure, do call them to see what should be done next.
