You should have uploaded the declaration in lieu of OBC - NCL as you had not any certificate issued on or after April 1, 2020. Now you have time till 26 th September. You need to upload a fresh OBC - NCL certificate on or before 26 September, 2020. Otherwise the benefit of your category will be withdrawn and you will be treated as a general candidate.
