My jee advanced admit card is out, but i uploaded obc ncl declaration form in the lieu of actual certificate at the registration of jee advanced . But i belong to obc only, not obc ncl... What should I do now?? Will I eligible to give the paper??

First of all there is reservations only for OBC-NCL. And any OBC candidate belonging to creamy layer is treated as general candidate.
Since, you are OBC craemy layer candidates and you did mistake in form filling, there will be no problem. You will be eligible to write exam. But you have to do this-
During counselling remind them that you are creamy layer OBC, they will adjust you with general candidate. And there will be no problem.
