I have uploaded my obc caste certificate on jee advance portal but the format is little different from what shown in jee advance site, but my certificate is authentic and real. Will I get some trouble or every thing is fine? Please help me!

It is strictly advisable to follow the formats provided by JEE Advance for uploading required documents. It will not create any trouble during the examination procedure, but it may trouble you during the Admission Procedure. So, I will suggest you edit your form and re-upload your caste certificate in the format provided by JEE Advance on their official website.
