I have uploaded wrong obc certificate(actually it is been signed by CIRCLE OFFICER)in jee advance form can I get a seat on the basis of obc rank during the counseling if I will show them a valid OBC certificate(that will be signed by SDO)???Or there will be any types of problem may occur!!

As per the new guidelines of JEE Advanced 2020 you need to upload a declaration in lieu of OBC-NCL certificate during registration if you don't have a fresh OBC - NCL certificate issued on or after April 1, 2020 . You have to upload the fresh certificate on or before 26 September, 2020, 5 PM.
However if you have uploaded the declaration in lieu of OBC - NCL certificate, and it has some mistakes in it, there is nothing to worry about it as you have to upload the original OBC certificate (issued on or after April 1, 2020) on or before 26 September, 2020, 5 PM.
