Get an affidavit done stating that both the surnames belong to you. NEET FAQs mention that in case of any spelling errors in the name of the candidate or parents/guardians names need to be supported with the hwlp of an affidavit. This shouldnt be a problem. Just get an affidavit done and you will be fine.
