As per the official notification dated February 22, 2018 released by The Veterinary Council of India, candidates seeking admission in B.V.Sc & AH courses through 15% All India Quota seats will have to compulsorily appear for NEET 2019. There is no reliable data of cut offs from last year.  Besides, the cutoff changes every year based on the number of students and the difficulty level of the examination.

According to the Telangana Veterinary University Reservation Criteria 2019  for OBC-d is 7%. You have scored 416 marks and you belong to OBC (Telangana), you rank between 62507 - 69529, it would be difficult for you to gain seat through AIQ (15 %) but you might get through state quota or private colleges.
