i hv 393 marks in neet with 74005 ai quota rank n 3440 category rank can i hv chance in up neet councelling or all india councelling

You have very less chances to get seat in MBBS/BDS course in Govt under state and AIQ and even in private colleges as well. But if you want you can try for other courses like paramedical and ayush courses.
