Hey.
If you have a domicile certificate of Tripura, you will be eligible for the 85% state quota seats even if you have not done your 11th and 12th from Tripura.
Domicile Certificate in Tripura, also known as a Permanent Resident Certificate, is issued to a person who has a permanent home in the State, and includes a person who has been residing in the State for a period of not less than 10 years, immediately prior to the date of application for the certificate.
Hence, i think you are eligible for the Tripura State quota.
