i hv calculated my marks in neet this year.. which is more or less 300....my query is can i get admission in govt clg....n m from obc

Considering your category, you have chances of getting a seat but a government seat would be unlikely. Even if you get one, it would be not in a reputed college.
Wait for official results declaration and counseling call, only then picture will become clear. Personally, I would advise you to aim for next year and try to increase your marks to get top college.
